Peanut Butter & Dairy Free Smoothie
Hey everyone! How many of you have tummy aches when you eat dairy products? Well, if you do, then I have a Peanut Butter & Dairy Free smoothie for you! I use one of my favorites, CHOCOLATE SOY milk. I love this plant based milk, but you can use any other of the dairy free milks on the market. If you like to eat peanut butter and banana sandwiches, then you will LOVE this smoothie!
- 1 Cup ½ of Crushed Ice
- 1 Cup of Silk Chocolate Soy Milk (or any non-dairy chocolate milk)
- ½ of A Ripe Banana
- Handful of Raw Unsalted Almonds
- 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
- Handful of Spinach (you wont even taste it)
You can always put in more or less of the ingredients if you like 😉 This smoothie contains vitamins to keep your energy up and keeps your brain going strong after a long day at school.
In this Peanut Butter & Dairy Free smoothie, you will get potassium from the banana, iron from the spinach, good fats and protein from the almonds and peanut butter. The chocolate soy milk is creamy and tastes REALLY good just like regular chocolate milk!
Even though you don’t do a workout you can make this smoothie as a snack after school instead of chips and candy. I hope you guys like this Peanut Butter & Dairy Free Smoothie. It will fill your tummy with LOVE and your body with ENERGY!
